Facts:

Most people are pierced with an 18 gauge needle, for a nostril piercing.

If you would like to remain with the 18 gauge please order the Screw style, or Captive Rings in 18 gauge.

Otherwise, you may use the 20 gauge nose studs or screw style nose jewelry but your piercing will heal down to the lower gauge.

If you were pierced with a gun, you should only buy the 20 gauge nose jewelry.

Our Nose bones have a 20 gauge bar, but a larger ball that sits inside the nose (18 gauge ball). If you have been using the standard 20 gauge studs, do not switch to the nose bone, unless you plan to stretch your piercing.

If your 18 gauge nose screw spins to the outside of your nose, you should bend the cork screw upward to pinch the inside of your nose (easy with gold).
